Business services and internet access:
Free WiFi internet access is available throughout the hotel, all guest rooms have WiFi. Photocopying services are also available (at a charge).

Cancellation policy: 
Bookings can be cancelled up to 2 day(s) before 21:00 on the day of check in free of charge. Bookings cancelled less than 2 day(s) before 21:00 on the day of check in will incur a charge of the first nights stay.
With the exception of pre paid non refundable bookings.

Check in and out times:
Check in: 2.30pm
Check out: 11.00am
Early Check in or Late Check out times can be pre-arranged on request and when available, free of charge.

Car parking:
Free on site car parking, lit at night. On site free street parking adjacent.

Children and families:
Children of all ages are very welcome. A number of family rooms are available Children under the age of 3 years stay free when sharing an adult's room.

High chairs are available free of charge.

Currency and credit cards accepted:
The hotel accepts payments made by cash (Sterling only), most major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta, Solo, American Express). The hotel is unable to accept personal or travellers cheques.
Advance payment may be made by any of the aforementioned methods or by bank transfer.

Damages:
Delayed or amended charges. A charge will be applied to the value of repairs required for damages to fittings and furnishings which are found in bedrooms subsequent to a guest’s departure. If smoking is detected in bedrooms then a full day’s charge will automatically be made.

Deposit Policy:
A valid credit card is required to guarantee all bookings. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise cards.

Food service:  We serve food from 12 noon to 2 pm and from 5 pm to 9 pm (last orders) Monday to Friday; from 12 noon to 9 pm (last orders) on Saturday and from 12 noon to 8 pm (last orders) on SundayChildren’s menus are available.  Full Vegetarian and Gluten Free menus are also available.

Online payments:
Credit/debit cards are accepted as a form of guarantee and payment online

Pets:
Guide dogs are welcomed but in general dogs are not permitted inside the hotel building. Well-behaved dogs are permitted in the garden dining area.

Service charge:
There is no service charge. Gratuities are at the customer’s discretion.

Smoking policy:
The hotel is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke free environment. All bedrooms, public areas and functions rooms are non smoking.

Special diets:
Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options are available at all times in the restaurant.

If you’re celebrating during your stay, we can help make it memorable. Reception are happy to assist with arranging any of the following, to make your stay extra special - champagne, chocolates, flowers and celebration cakes.
